Digital Products

All One Project Academy products are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Download Issues

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to help ensure you receive your files and can access your purchase successfully.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. We will review your order and work with you to resolve the issue. 

Damaged or Corrupted Files

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open properly, we will provide a replacement file at no additional charge.

Licensing

Please review the license included with your purchase before sharing or using our materials. Classroom, homeschool co-op, and micro-school licenses are available for educators and organizations needing broader usage rights.
